We first talked with Paul about 1 ½ years before actually moving to the Lebanon area. We were in California at the time and needed information on the price of homes in Lebanon County. He began e-mailing us the facts on homes that meet our criteria. He placed us on a real estate notification mailing list that allowed us to stay up with the market and better understand the housing costs in the County. By studying these we were able to learn about the area—developments, floor plans, etc. This helped us to narrow our search to four towns.
We finally met Paul in early April 2011 and began our search for the “perfect” home. Paul was always available to take us around the county when we wanted to look at houses we had on our “to visit” list. Paul was always able to point possible flaws in construction or possible drainage issues at each home we visited as well as good points of each house and builder.
Paul is very knowledgeable about home construction and the real estate market as well as the cities and towns in Lebanon County. He was able to match us with our criteria. He has also been excellent at providing information of services in the area of Lebanon. We have now been in our home for two months and are very satisfied with our choice. We even relied on Paul when we had issues that needed repair by the builder and he brought results. Paul would be a good choice for anyone looking to buy in the Lebanon County or surrounding areas. We would definitely recommend him to prospective buyers from out of the area or out of state.

During the later part of 2010, I began looking for a home in Lebanon County. I contacted Alan Wells during my search on the internet as I had a few question pertaining to a particular home. We viewed the first home and knowing what I needed in a home and my lifestyle, we continued to the home search. His foresight was much appreciated when we finally found the right house. Throughout the negotiations and repairs, Alan always fought for the best results with specific concern for safety hazards. The legal documents were properly explained and the closing process was flawless. I am overly satisfied with Alan’s assistance in purchasing my home as well as his great concern for making sure the home was the right choice.
